A throne stolen. An exile in chains. A kingdom on the brink of war. After a victorious campaign against the Islanders to the North, King Elbert returns to find his crown usurped and his city in flames. Rallying his battle-weary troops, he swears to reclaim his throne and cement his legacy as Artanzia’s greatest king. Far away on the Isles, Grimm White-Eyes sits in chains, betrayed by an ally and condemned to death by a man he once considered his brother. As the axe looms near, he waits for the slimmest chance to escape and take his revenge.

For thousands of years, elves, and non-humans alike had lived freely until humans colonized their land and forced them into hiding and subjugation. Mario Deschamps, a new graduate of the Knight’s College, sets off to complete his first deed, an accomplishment that will grant him knighthood and into the ordo equestris.
