Crazy Love isn't a performance. It's a confession. This collection is drawn from over a decade of real journal entries and poetry that Adam Roa never planned to share. It traces the full arc of love: the intoxicating rush, the quiet terrors, the slow unraveling, and the heavy silence that follows when it's over. Woven from multiple relationships into a single emotional journey, these pages are honest to the point of reckless. But beneath the heartbreak runs something deeper. A return to self, hard-won and sacred, that only becomes possible once everything else falls away.

In Vortex Street, world traveler and author Adam G. Fleming shares poems and humorous flash fiction from his travels to Thailand, Congo, Belize, Egypt, and beyond. Between poems and stories, the author's son, J.J. Fleming, provides sick beats for relaxing moments as you think about what you're thinking about. Has there ever been a better audiobook? You bet! But if you're looking for fresh, innovative stuff that breaks all the rules, you've got it in Vortex Street. Enjoy!

Laura Kiesel plumbs the depths of familial dysfunction, and the wretched inheritance of addiction, thoroughly and with impressive nuance in "Swallowing the Stem of Adam’s Apple," combining integrity and personal grit that’s interwoven throughout her lyrical style. She writes beautifully about her fractured relationship with her mother, and the ripple effect it has had throughout the rest of her life. Her work is an unflinching examination of the erotic implications of romantic relationships and filled with visually exhilarating metaphors and analogies.

Developed from Adam Sol’s popular blog, How a Poem Moves is a collection of 35 short essays that walks listeners through an array of contemporary poems. Although the history of Australian verse dates back to early colonial times, one of the first genuinely antipodean poetic voices was that of Adam Lindsay Gordon (1833-1870). During his short and tragic life, Gordon published two volumes of verse, the second of which was Bush Ballads and Galloping Rhymes, which appeared in the year of his death.

Junie Bounderby is a self-made man. Junie Bounderby has nobody to thank but himself. Junie Bounderby deserves his share of the family fortune. Screw all the doubters and naysayers! Screw his family most of all! With biting and unflinching honesty, this darkly comedic novel dissects American entitlement, the myths we tell ourselves, and the price of refusing to see the truth. Part satire, part psychological thriller, Bounderby's Best Life asks: What happens when a man who believes he's the hero of his own story discovers he might actually be the villain?

A griot is a historian, a living repository of communal legacies with “a story pulsing in every blood cell.” In Besaydoo, Kamara serves as griot for the Freeborn in Oakland, the Sierra Leonean in California, the girl straddling womanhood, the woman re-discovering herself. “I am made from the obsession of detail,” she writes, setting scenes from her own multifaceted legacy in sharp relief: the memory of her mother’s singing, savory stacks of lumpia, a church where “everyone is broken, but trying.” A multitudinous witness.

This collection arguably contains some of the most charming lyrics ever written in English. The childlike simplicity and trust of these artless verses are unique. Blake’s poems can be enjoyed, not only for their historical importance in an age which was fiercely proud of its genius and its...

This poetry is all about love, music, journeys, stories, and documentaries. It even contains some translations from Swedish originals, which probably have never been translated before. There are some biographical ingredients as well, mainly about composers and a lot of philosophy, but love is the main theme throughout.
