Patty Decker lives in a 55+ Mobile Home and RV Park on the Nature Coast of Florida. She's getting better at being a friend (evidence is that she has a couple of them now) but sometimes that lands her in uncomfortable situations. She accidentally acquires a truck-load of dirt. When a body is discovered sticking out of it, nearly everyone in the park becomes a suspect, except her. Never mind that it was her dirt, her truck, her driveway, and they had just had an altercation; that's all circumstantial, right? Dr. Catherine has to defend her ne'er-do-well nephew, the pastor—again.

Joined by some of the most delightful and most annoying representatives of Tucson Valley Retirement Community, the trip almost ends before it begins along Interstate 10. Things don't get easier when at the opening ceremonies Rosi makes a most unfortunate introduction of herself. When her golden retriever puppy discovers a dead body that same night, Rosi pivots to sleuthing again as hilarity follows her every move.
