This hard sci-fi novel is the second book of the Time-Flow Stories, a series of tales about Witt Ryllin, a young man who abruptly gains the ability to psychically control the flow of time. It’s also the fifth story in a combined series of tales that begins with the novelette Porter and the two Blindspot Stories. In this book, by luck of the draw, Witt and Hax Buchry become roommates in their college athletic dorm. Through that connection, Witt meets Hax’s sister Roni (you’ve hopefully met Roni and Hax and learned about their talents in the Blindspot books).
