United States President Jeff Clancy appointed retired Colonel Robert Lang to create a shelter prior to the upcoming Earth impact by the mile-long asteroid APOPHIS. Lang proceeds to build a fifteen thousand people's shelter; A Bio-Dome, at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean to become the first fully sustainable colony at the ocean’s floor.
