The Beast allows the merchant to return home to his family with the promise that he will return. Beauty takes her father’s place and returns to the Beast. While serving the Beast she falls in love and because of her loyalty the Beast turns into a handsome prince and they are married.

An old woman was lonely, so she made a little boy out of gingerbread. When the gingerbread boy was done, the woman opened the oven, and the boy ran out the door. He ran and ran and ran, with all the people he met chasing him. They never can catch the Gingerbread Man!

Jack and his mother have only one old cow. Jack trades the cow for a handful of beans, and his mother becomes so angry that she throws the beans out the window. Overnight the beans grow into a huge beanstalk. Jack climbs the beanstalk and finds a giant at the top. Jack sees that the giant has a goose that lays golden eggs. Jack grabs the goose and returns to his surprised mother. Jack returns to the top of the beanstalk and barely escapes. He chops down the beanstalk, and the giant is never heard from again.
