This book was created to share my personal journey of festered childhood trauma and the inevitable hurtful cycle of toxic relationships that I chose. Having taken the time to reflect, I began to heal and what a peaceful, beautiful journey it was. Life is not perfect, but when I learned how to heal my wounds instead of covering them and I began to diligently love myself, for better or for worst, I saw the world with the innocence of the eyes of a child.
