The author of this book is the late Narayan Desai, who was a close associate of Mahatma Gandhi. He dedicated much of his work to writing about Gandhiji’s life and ideals. His book My Gandhi was originally written in English. Now, for the first time, its Hindi version has been published. This edition makes his insights accessible to Hindi readers. It offers a valuable perspective on Gandhi’s legacy.

Acharya Vinoba Bhave believed that for human welfare it is necessary that there should be social justice and economic equality. Keeping this objective in mind, after the country got independence in 1951, he started Bhoodan-Yagya Satyagraha. The basic principle of the Bhoodan movement was that all the sons of the earth have equal rights towards Mother Earth.
