El 2 de septiembre de 2016, la religiosa Isa Solá conducía por el centro de Puerto Príncipe cuando un hombre le disparó dos veces y acabó brutalmente con su vida. Solo tenía 51 años y muchos proyectos por hacer. Había llegado a Haití en 2008. Llevaba poco más de un año trabajando en este empobrecido país cuando un seísmo de siete grados en la escala de Richter se llevó la vida de 316.000 personas. Fue entonces cuando Isa, tras sobrevivir milagrosamente al terremoto, decidió compartir para siempre su vida con ese país.

डॉ. भीमराव रामजी तथा बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर (१४ एप्रिल, १८९१ - ६ डिसेंबर, १९५६), हे भारतीय न्यायशास्त्रज्ञ, अर्थशास्त्रज्ञ, राजनीतिज्ञ, बॅरिस्टर, तत्त्वज्ञ आणि समाजसुधारक होते. त्यांनी दलित बौद्ध चळवळीला प्रेरणा दिली, तसेच महिलांच्या आणि कामगारांच्या हक्कांचे समर्थन केले. ते ब्रिटिश भारताचे मजूरमंत्री, स्वतंत्र भारताचे पहिले कायदेमंत्री, भारतीय संविधानाचे शिल्पकार आणि भारतीय बौद्ध धर्माचे पुनरुज्जीवक होते.
