In the coastal town of Harwick, the Tidefields estate was sold as secure, protected by a flood defence promised to withstand the worst storm in a hundred years. Then the water comes. For barrister Lena Okafor, the flooded homes are more than a disaster. They are the beginning of a case. Tideborne Developments promised safety, residents kept records, and the walls still hold the marks of what happened. But tragedy is not enough in court.
