The golden world of Portia's Belmont calls forth some of Shakespeare's most lyrical love poetry. Shakespeare wrote sonnets for at least 30 years, not only for himself, for professional reasons, and for those he loved, but also in his plays, as prologues, as epilogues, and as part of their poetic texture.

Hamlet est le fils du Roi de Danemark, mais c'est un prince tourmenté qui regarde avec méfiance son oncle Claudius, devenu roi à son tour et époux de la reine veuve, Gertrude.

Shakespeare's Sonnets cover themes such as the passage of time, love, beauty, and mortality. The first 17 poems, traditionally called the procreation sonnets, are addressed to a young man urging him to marry and have children in order to immortalize his beauty by passing it to the next generation. Other sonnets brood upon loneliness, death, and the transience of life; seem to criticize the young man for preferring a rival poet; and more. Please note: This audiobook is in Russian.

The result is a lively and anarchic comedy that can only be resolved by an elaborate disentangling of spells.
