This story serves as a direct sequel to Last of a Dying Breed: An Up-Close Look at the Final Stages of Outlaw Country Music, which was narrated by award-winning Christopher Lane. Winston, a music journalist from Nashville, is back again covering more live concerts - but this time, he has switched his sights from outlaw country to groove metal.

Winston (a music journalist from Tennessee) is given an assignment to travel to Ohio in order to cover the live music scene and visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, where the Johnny Cash tour bus has remained parked for several years. He sets his sights on proving once and for all that the new music scene is still alive and well, but this, however, was no easy task. Initially he struggles to find a concert that's worth attending, until he stumbles on a live rock show from one of the early pioneers.

During the day, Dr. Frankenstein works innocently in his laboratory to contribute his fair share of knowledge to society. But at night, he works endlessly in his secret laboratory located in the cellar with his cousin (Martin), perfecting Abellio, a hideous monster pieced together by dead bodies. Dr. Frankenstein has grown obsessed with studying information on the Neuralink Corporation, which is a neurotechnology company founded by Elon Musk and others, developing implantable brain - machine interfaces (BMIs).

Dr. Frankenstein is incredibly happy after bringing Abellio to life. Abellio is his recent creation, a creature that he pieced together with spare body parts in his secret laboratory in the cellar. Now, the only issue is that Abellio is incredibly stupid and nearly untrainable. The doctor grows frustrated after attempting to teach Abellio to speak, then the doctor musters up another evil, yet brilliant plan to breed Abellio with the local whores in town. But ultimately the whores prove to not be much smarter.

During the summer of 1972 the smallpox vaccination was eliminated, due to successful eradication efforts, but not before the Ohio State University campus required every student to get vaccinated. Now some of the students are acting peculiar, but none more obvious than Francesca Strindberg, a beautiful strawberry blonde who was typically very shy and timid. Now Francesca has abandoned her bashful ways, developing a strong new sex drive along with strange fetishes, as well as an insatiable desire to kill.

Francesca is a stunningly beautiful woman who lives with her sister Marie, and her sister's boyfriend Martin. Life is going pretty good for Francesa until one night she has a very terrifying, yet exciting nightmare. She imagined that she was some sort of hybrid mixture of a werewolf-woman, prowling the woods at night whenever there was a full moon. Francesca awakens from her dream with her panties soaked, and then she discovers several clues that signify she wasn't dreaming, but may in fact be an actual werewolf woman.
