Forget about "Blame Culture" or circumstances or situations, you are in charge of your life at all times, never ever forget that. You wouldn't leave home naked so don't leave home thinking that someone else is in charge of you. Never ever give your authority away to anyone else no matter who or what. Yes, you have to comply at times to where you are whether at work or play, but that doesn't mean being subservient or a sponge to others who are bombastic or domineering.

Failure has been given a bad name. Yes it is not nice to fail we all like to win, come out on top because it makes us feel good. But without failure we don't have success and we are all living the lives we are today because many people have failed, some mega time too. Pharnaceuticals (where scientists fail every day for years trying to find a solution), aviation, engineering, businesses, etc, we all fail from time to time. We do however get 10/10 for trying, we get nothing for not trying or doing nothing.

This audio download discusses areas of our life that by and large we tend to keep quiet about. Our fetishes, our secret desires, private hobbies and likes etc, often that are out of the "norm" or general understanding of pedestrian thought. This can lead us to living a "double life", it can be exciting, it can be cruel, it can be unkind and it can be lonely.

It is important to value who you are. It is difficult at times when you are in a dark place and life seems to have no viable solutions as to what to do and where to go - but they are there. It is very difficult too when in that dark place to have any energy because it seems to be sapped out of you because of a lack of impetus and desire. Your mind knows what it wants, the body seems not to care and all one can dream about is to be left alone or waiting for that magic moment when all will be OK and it doesn't arrive.

We talk about what is and what isn't normal, but in reality "Normal" is only a relative term. What some call normal is abnormal for others (what is normal for a spider is chas for the fly). Everything in life is perspective based and that is relative to our understanding, background, education, religion and cultural habits. Our views on life can at times even make us wonder perhaps "Am I normal" in relation to others and vice versa.

We all have far more authority than we give ourselves credit for. Our upbringing, the media, rules and regulations, evil religions, outmoded customs and traditions all whittle away at the fabric of who we are. We have notions that saying NO will offend others, or that if we don't give in to certain things, it will upset others or spoil some grand plan. Yet whose life are you living? And what right have others to take away what you want, for themselves?

Do you live your of life of your own accord or do you live it because others have directed you or put pressure on to you to live it in a certain way? Many people actually live a life with a constancy of saying "If I do this so and so will get upset" so they don't do what they want to do. That's not acceptable living in the footprint or fear of possibly upsetting someone else.

When we get angry, upset, or someone does something we don't like, or we feel disadvantaged, we process that information in our mind. It is the only place where we can "come to terms" with what we have experienced, whatever it is. Our levels or degrees of intelligence play a vital part in how we think and look at life. Ghandi said that "forgiveness was not something the lower classes or the uneducated could do", and by and large it appears to be true.

The only person to suffer from un-forgiveness is ourselves. Others can't experience what we think and feel, others can't read our thoughts, only we can get to grips with them. Our pain, torment, self mind talk is purely ours and we are thus the only ones privvy to this, if we get upset then we get upset, no one else will. If we are to move on in life then we must forgive no matter how hard that is.

Suppose life had no barriers, what would you do?Unless you are in prison, then life has very few barriers in reality, so why aren't you forging ahead and just getting your show on the road for all to see? Life also has many choices and options. Are you making the best of what is available or are you shying away because they don't suite your purpose or maybe require too much of a change that takes you out of your "comfort zone" which is probably the real reason.

Emotions enhance our life walk. We have love, joy, happiness, with love being the greatest and most effective emotion we have. We also have the opposite emotions: anger, hatred, greed, envy, pride, etc, all of which will bring us down.

If we believe in God, then there is but pure love; if we believe in anything else, then it's the Devil - the antithasis of all that's good. And if we impose conditions on love, then that is our downfall too.

Life Bites Series. It is important that we prioritise certain aspects of our lives otherwise we never get anything done or it happens in the wrong way. Similarly we need an agenda too, even if it is just something simple at the back of our mind. It's when we have negative or subversive or hidden agendas or others in their own way do that so to "use" us to further their cause. Those that stroll through life rarely get anything grand done and often wonder how others manage.

Breaking free from any situation - a family that's repressive, evil religious control, a loveless relationship, a tired and dull job or just in a general in a rut in life - can be the best thing you have ever done. This is a 'must listen' for those who feel that they are in a position not of their choosing and wish to change it for the better.

Happiness is not rocket science. Happiness is available to anyone regardless of their circumstances and situations. If you choose to demark happiness based upon any problems then by default you will be unhappy, where the mind goes the body follows.

Love is the essence of our whole life and existence. It is what has allowed us "man" to excell over and above other species, and why some societies have done well whereas many other areas of life with eveil religiously anti-love concepts fall sadly behind and become poisoned failures by their own hand. Take love away from mankind and people are no better than drones or robots.

There is absolutely no legal structure pertaining to "Political Correctness" whatsoever. It's all made up stop by idiots, low-life and lonely people, devisive groups of people to try and get their own way because they are substandard in themselves, the incompetent and government bodies, those in political and organisational structures (like unions and other debased areas) and by those who cannot seek or see life as it is meant to be.

Life Bite Series. The Mind Gremlins are those little creatures that live in the dark places in your mind and when you feel stressed, anxious, worries etc they come out to play. There is nothing they like more than dancing the night away to your negativity, booging to your insecurity, discoing to your fears and just having a good time whilst you stare at the bedroom ceiling all night, turning over and over and worrying about everything that comes into view. What do you do to stop it all and get a good night's sleep.

You can't buy, inject, drink, swallow nor anything else that will give you happiness. Even winning the lottery will only give you fleeting happiness even if it gets you out of a financial predicament and you buy all your desired clothes and cars etc... You can win your dream super car and next day crash it with devastating injuries - where did your happiness go?

Accepting yourself just the way you are is the most liberating thing you can do. Second guessing as to what others think isn't an option, it's a let down by the self, the right people will love you for who you are. Your pathway is unique even if at times it tends to seemingly be parallel with others or situations, it is never the less unqiue.

Religion is a man made construct, it is a version of a God doctrine organised by man himself, and often over years has been altered and modified etc... and at times added to sometimes to an extent that the original truth no longer is as it should be (anything with man's hand in it has flaws). Ethnicity is who we are from a source point of view, colour, location, traits, features, mentality, culture, all of these things can have a profound effect upon how we view life and indeed how we live our lives.
