Left to die and trapped at the bottom of the ocean by their younger sister Zaira, Ayana and Yana are rescued by their father, Black Ice, who gave them a new life, but Ayana is having trouble dealing with the change he made to her and only the death of one person can make her feel better.

Yana and Osis escaped the compound to avoid the constant training, only to discover that they had spent the entire time on the island of St. Lucia. For a brief moment, they were able to live a normal life and enjoy the island vibe. But everything has a cost, and they'll pay a high one when Zaira and her henchmen track them down, along with the island's native gangsters, the Glockboyz, attempting to kill them.

Doing everything chaotic to get her family's attention, Ayana finally got her wish to meet her sisters. But Faith and Zaira felt like Ayana had failed to live up to the expectations of being a Black Ice girl and attempted to end her life, filling her with bullet holes. Ayana learned that family could also be her worst enemy; the bond she yearned for was not the family she needed.

The pastor shouted daily but knew deep down he was the biggest sinner of them all. Pastor Patrick Lewis seems to have it all together and the perfect family, but what's done in the dark will come to the light. No one knows the mental issues and urges he fights every day until it's too late and they find themselves begging for their lives and praying to escape.

Something inside Ayana has always been fascinated with serial killers and violence; a voice in her head always screams for her to lash out and harm people, pushing her to do things she knows aren't right, but she fights the urge every day to pretend she’s normal.

From the time she was born, Faith had only known pain from her abusive mother. Bullets ripping through flesh, horrifying screams from the war, and seeing the look on Tess' face as the bullet ripped through her chests played over and over in her mind. With Bless and the rest of the Teflon divas now dead, Layla is now free to live out her own destiny. Going back home to rekindle things with Damou, Layla soon learns that her life as a Teflon diva is far from being over.
