There are many diseases that affect thyroid function, including those that cause hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid swelling (goiter), tumors in the gland (nodules), thyroid eye disease and thyroid cancer. This book looks at these conditions of thyroid dysfunction in some detail and the diseases that cause them including thyroid autoimmunity.

In this eBook (approximately 4,121 words in length), I have endeavored to inform the reader with all of the basics regarding hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, including causes, symptoms, diagnosis and treatments for each.

Hyperthyroidism is a term that simply means a person has developed an overactive thyroid gland. The metabolism of a person with hyperthyroidism is sped up from too much thyroid hormone in their system, so that everything in the body is running at overdrive. When this happens, the person will experience hyperthyroid symptoms. The vast majority of people with hyperthyroidism (95%) experience Graves' disease as the cause.

This is now my third short subject audiobook regarding a negative publishing experience I have had on the world wide web, that I was eventually able to glean positive things from. While I have written about other similar experiences in past audiobooks, this is my first time for relating this particular one. The scriptures also state that the "Godhead" is eternal and consists of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This further reveals the fact that Jesus pre-existed his birth as a human being on earth. He was in-fact "sent" by the Father according to the Holy Bible.

This audiobook is for listeners interested in natural and prescribed treatments for Adrenal Fatigue, specifically. This audiobook is compiled from articles I wrote on the subject of adrenal fatigue between the years 2005 and 2009 that contain information on conditions commonly related to the syndrome, with emphasis on treatments that are available, of both the prescribed and natural types. Included in the information is discussion on the most suspected causes for diminished adrenal gland function, resulting in symptoms.

Some Statistics including those by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) state that up to 25-million Americans suffer from asthma. That's approximately 1 in every 12 people or about 8.2 percent of the U.S. population. Asthma is more common in women than in men and is also more common among African Americans and Hispanics than in Caucasians.

This audiobook presentation on the biblical "Genesis Gap" study, also referred to as "The PreAdamic Creation", is presented in terms that can be understood by theologians and laypersons alike. It is a highly intriguing Bible subject - one of the most interesting contained within The Holy Scriptures. Why is the study important? Because it lends greatly to an understanding of what the evil spirits called "devils" are (the tempters of mankind) and where they came from.

Some authors on the other hand, are not willing to receive critical reviews of any kind, even those that are written in a straightforward, honest fashion but that include some strongly-dissatisfied language within them (something I have been falsely accused of complaining about). Anyone - and I do mean "anyone", who does not see that there literally are two extremes that exist within the author and reviewer arena, either are in purposeful denial or they simply aren't paying attention.

From the surface, it sounds very nice and like an event of spiritual peace among these two major denominations, that would be such a wonderful thing to see happen but is it even remotely realistic or achievable? There are policies practiced or enforced by the social security disability program for example that cause deserving applicants to be denied (the main subject of this audiobook) and in some cases, less-deserving or undeserving applicants to be accepted by the same benefits program.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia affect millions of Americans and many more worldwide. While a single definitive cause for these syndromes has not been found, factors involved in triggering them include chronic stress, nutritional and hormone deficiencies, post viral illnesses and mildly insufficient adrenal function. The debilitating fatigue and joint/muscle pain caused by these very real illnesses, can seriously reduce the quality-of-life for those who experience them.

This audiobook is a detailed look at Adrenal Fatigue symptoms, diagnosis and treatment by a fellow sufferer, who has experienced this stress-related syndrome. I, the author, have also found treatments and lifestyle change methods that have been tremendously effective in relieving my symptoms. In the year 2003, during a time I was developing autoimmune thyroid disease and going through a prolonged and severe period of stress (chronic), I experienced this very real illness that results in mildly diminished adrenal function.

In the chapters of this audiobook, I present information regarding common emotional conditions of "neurosis" and the less-common conditions of mental illness referred to as "psychosis".

Both evolutionists and creationists should find this to be an interesting audiobook. There are questions posed from both sides of this ancient debate as to whether God created all that exists (creationists) or if it all evolved from nothingness in a continually forward progression for many eons (evolutionary theories). I will confess that I am creationist; however, I do give my fellow creationists much to ponder as well. At over 10,400 words in length, there's sure to be some nuggets of information that one might call "food for thought" within the words of this audiobook.

This book is, somewhat, a collage of chapters, each one being a stand-alone teaching. Lots of devotional books have varieties of short inspirational teachings from the Holy Bible and this book covers a variety of teachings as well. The book offers warnings and admonishments with warnings being to avoid some of the snares of the devil, whose deceptions can be powerfully deceiving.
