Life Bite Series. It may seem strange but many people live their life as a product of what others think or say or have advised them quite strongly to take. Whatever happens in life you are the one who has to experience it no one else. Your decisions come from your mind no where else. The word "spirituality" is brandished about today as almost a surrogate word for God. The Universe exists whether you believe in it or not. Even the dictionay definition of the word spirituality is somewhat vague in that it can mean a lot of different things, even if pertaining to the same thing.

But what happens when we are hurting, saddened, unhappy, lonely, fearful, upset?
