The Chinese Communist Party had a problem—a “numbers” problem. After decades of telling the Chinese people they couldn’t have more than one child, their plan backfired and their population was declining precipitously. About the Author

Davie Mac (aka David McAllister) is a resident of Tucson, Arizona, and has always been a big fan of the “whodunit” genre. After the great success of the Blake Moran series, which Davie will come back to, the first book in the Beck De La Cruz series has now arrived! Davie is also a song writer—having written over 70 songs to date—he plays the drums in a band and is an avid weightlifter. Professionally, Davie has been in Christian ministry for over 40 years and founded and has pastored the Bridge Christian Church in Tucson for over 30 years. Davie and his wife Kimberly have seven children and nineteen grandchildren.
