Deceit of the Earth

Heavy Metal

Award-Winning ADVENTURE THRILLER, in the Deceit Series, reaching Amazon #1 Bestseller.

Cox is one of the most original thriller authors today – a maestro with words, a literary artist with scenes, and enthralls listeners with dynamic dialogue in multi-layered character driven plots. The listener is launched on a fact-based rollercoaster ride into quantum-reality where, over decades of events, the past, present, and future coexist and collide. Reality is not a straight timeline. The author’s unique style of mind-bending plots cross genres

High-end Literature Fiction, Conspiracy Thriller, Military Thriller, Espionage Thriller, Technothriller, Science and Geopolitics, Women’s Adventure, Philosophical Thriller, along with Hard Science Fiction and a touch of Romance. Benjamin Oliver, a semi-retired attorney in Kansas, was a cancelled dark operative in the oldest and most hidden clandestine service in the U.S. Now, he is called back to recover some long-lost mineral specimens from WWII that hold the key to unraveling the secrets that can change human existence. It is supposed to be just a walk-in-the-park. The international chase across Kansas, Greenland, Iceland, Great Britain, and Denmark presses the eclectic array of characters, including strong talented female operatives, past and present, to employ their wits and skills to overcome twists, and turns. Earth is at a technological tipping point. The demand for rare earth metals to feed emerging technologies has created a world-wide competition that could impact human survival

all in the hands of a serendipitous team and an altruistic Kansas attorney just wanting to retire – why him? The author’s unique and original style has been called a sophisticated, highly unique blend of authors such as Crichton, Clancy, and Dan Brown,é – with a pinch of Vonnegut.
