Maven Queens

The story is about a girl named Reigna Tudor who makes a bet with her best friend, Sybil-Rose, that she won't win homecoming queen. However, to her shock, she wins, which earns her an invitation to Monarch State to participate in the Monarch Migration.

The Migration is the ultimate test of leadership, sending her into a portal where she must navigate deadly court politics, prevent a revolution, and manage her feelings for a young, tormented king whose reign is on the brink of collapse.

The themes of this story are the nature of leadership, the interplay between fate and free will, and the tension between modernity and tradition. The story contrasts the culture of being a homecoming queen with the authenticity of being a ruler.

Reigna learns that leadership is about action and sacrifice, even though her independent mindset clashes with the kingdom of Remes. She adapts to her surroundings without losing who she is.

In her own narrative, she must make decisions not only for herself but also for an entire kingdom. Making the point that she can make her own path instead of a predetermined one.
