THE DISAVOWED

Eight operatives. One mission no one will claim. And a truth powerful enough to bring governments to their knees. When a nameless file surfaces across global intelligence networks—a dossier marked only with a red 9—eight agents from eight nations are quietly assembled under a false flag operation. Their orders: investigate the leak, neutralize whoever caused it, and erase all traces of involvement. Officially, The Ninth Division doesn’t exist.

The Ninth Division was supposed to be finished. Its agents disbanded. Its secrets buried. Its war over. But when a leak in Zurich exposes the resurrection of Continuity—the covert global network Marcus Vale built to control truth itself—Lucía Serrano is pulled back into a fight she thought she’d escaped. Reuniting with survivors D.C. Carter, Anya Kovac, and Emil Nowak, Lucía uncovers the Zurich Ledger, a document that ties governments, corporations, and humanitarian fronts to the same machine of manipulation she once destroyed.

After the fall of the Tribunal, the Ninth Division is scattered and disavowed. Lucía Serrano leads what’s left of her team—D.C. Carter, Omar Rafiq, and Anya Kovács—through the shadows of a collapsing intelligence world. When a series of covert “stabilization leaks” points to a new black-budget program called Project Vanguard, they uncover the man behind it: Admiral Victor Kaelen, a war hero turned architect of psychological warfare. Vanguard isn’t propaganda. It’s control through fatigue—a global system that weaponizes misinformation until truth itself burns out.
