The Chronicles of Malick

Captain Malick and the crew of the Pioneer are on a mission of exploration to the farthest reaches of the solar system. As they near the uncharted planet Sworld, they receive an unexpected distress call. Compelled to investigate, Malick and the crew discover a derelict ship carrying a cargo of five aliens in stasis, along with instructions to bring them aboard.

Something made a civilization vanish. Now it's coming for the crew of the Pioneer. Malick and the crew of the Pioneer embark on a new adventure to solve the mystery of the 'domes'. These strange shrines make it possible to travel vast distances across Sworld instantly and may offer a way home. Their quest leads them to an abandoned civilization. Its citizens are gone and have left no clues as to why they left or where they went. The capital of this once thriving society is meticulously maintained by sentient robots who offer little insight.

The crew of the Pioneer must come to grips with Captain Malick's past to move forward. After swearing their fidelity to Malick, they venture into three new quadrants in search of answers to the strange mysteries of Sworld. Will Malick and his crew survive Sworld's perils? Or will they succumb to its harsh environments and deadly inhabitants? Will the intelligent creatures they find accept them for who they are? Or will blood be shed?
