The Legends of Anlièasiá

In an age of war, young Aren travels to the fabled capital city of Erenähl, in the hope of finding the family he never knew. But once a riddle-wreathed storyteller takes up residence in his head, Aren soon realizes he’s stumbled into a legacy older than the kings of yore. Overnight, his hopes for a simple life are shattered and he is thrust into a perilous new world of destiny, magic, and power.

When the dead arise and attack the living, nowhere in Erenähl is safe. Now Aren and his friends must pursue the malevolent force responsible for the desecration before Erenähl is overrun by the undead. The catch: they must venture beyond the borders and into the treacherous lands controlled by the Empire.

Along the way, Aren must stage a daring rescue to save his friend Fletcher, and come to terms with faces from his past he’d never thought he’d see again, and learn the secret of a fiery red light that is haunting his dreams.
