Windmere Cove Cozy Mystery

"I took a chance on a new to me author and discovered a great series of books. I am looking forward to more mysteries to solve with Noodle and his peeps!"

Lisa S.

"This was such a great read. Our book club picked it up and everyone flew through it. The detail pulled me in right away, the tone stayed fun and light, and the mystery kept us talking long after we finished! I can't wait to read the next one!"

Izzy Harper traded her critic's pen for comfort food and filed the whole mess under Things Butter Can Fix. She didn't plan on her past showing up dead at table three.

A year after a public fall from grace, Buttermilk Cafe is everything she never expected. A sanctuary. A second chance. A coastal town that feels like home.

Then Spencer Reed, the vindictive critic who helped destroy her career, drops dead in her dining room. Izzy's food is on his fork. Her name is in everyone's mouth. She's the obvious suspect.

Clearing her name means crossing the people who run Windmere Cove, the ones who decide which secrets stay buried. Noodle, her golden retriever, has other ideas. He's already picked up a trail no one else has.

But someone in this town knows Izzy is getting close. And they're not planning to wait quietly while she bakes her way to the truth.
