Michael Bowers is a multifaceted individual with a rich background that deeply influences his writing. With a career spanning 30 years in the United States Air Force and a current role as an Acquisition Program Manager, Michael brings a unique perspective to his writing. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, he now calls Dayton, Ohio home, where he lives with his wife, Diane. Their family includes two adult children: Justin, a business owner and personal trainer in Greer, South Carolina, and Brandon, a full-time graduate student and theater manager. Tragically, Michael’s daughter Crystal passed away from Cystic Fibrosis in 2016, a loss that undoubtedly shapes his storytelling. His global experiences and interactions with countless individuals across different cultures and backgrounds have provided him with a wealth of material. Michael's writing reflects the complexities of life—its unexpected twists, its highs and lows, and the authentic, sometimes harsh realities. He blends romance, family dynamics, and darker themes with intricate character development and vivid descriptions, capturing the essence of life's unpredictability and the depth of human connections.
