The purpose of this book is to provide you with a thorough picture of what Parkinson’s Law is, what effects this are being placed on our minds that this law shines a light on, how those effects manifest themselves in the physical world through our actions, the limits this can place on us, and what you can do to harness the power of those mental tendencies to benefit you.
My specific focus is on the ways in which to combat the negative effects of what Parkinson’s Law describes, as I believe the most important thing to be able to do with any information is to be able to apply it to your life to make it better than it was before.
