Acerca de este título
In the Vajrayana traditions of Tibet, mind rides on wind the way a rider sits on a horse. Train the winds, the channels and the drops, and the mind itself can be trained. The Wind-Mind Path is a map of that inner science, drawn from the original classical Tibetan.
In twenty-one chapters, Rob Newton leads the listener from the nature of mind, sem and rigpa, into the subtle body: rlung, the winds that carry the mind; tsa, the three channels; the five khorlo, the wheels of the body; and thigle, the drops. From there the book follows the path of practice: the four foundations, lujong and tsa-lung, calm abiding and insight, tummo, the inner fire, the illusory body, dream yoga, the clear light, the bardo and phowa, and it closes with Mahamudra, Dzogchen and the rainbow body.
Each teaching is explained plainly and written to be practised, not only studied.
