It only took a few hours for their world to become a real-life roleplaying game; trading some downtime for the need to learn new skills and powers while trying to defend their new home, their families, and survive. They don’t know the rules. They don’t know what’s coming next. What they do know is; they need to reinforce and expand their fort while protecting it, keep leveling up, and explore a dangerous new world.

Over the last year, the System has continued to remake the world. Jason and his friends have discovered more details about a threat to all of humanity and have a quest to stop it. They continually need to get stronger and do their part to protect their chunk of the world. While searching for clues, they will revisit allies and make new ones. They will face some hard choices as they encounter people out for themselves, but there will be new friends they can help along the way.

It has been a year and a half of living with the System. Jason and his friends are not just surviving, but are preparing for the future. Thanks to a new quest, they are establishing a kingdom in the former southwest portion of the United States. They are trying to protect humanity wherever possible and build a kingdom to defend their part of the world.

The Alehouse at the End of the World is an epic comedy set in the 16th century, where bawdy Shakespearean love triangles play out with shapeshifting avian demigods and a fertility goddess, drunken revelry, bio-dynamic gardening, and a narcissistic, bullying crow, who may have colluded with a foreign power.
