Faust is one of the pillars of Western literature. This classic drama presents the story of the scholar Faust, tempted into a contract with the Devil in return for a life of sensuality and power. Denn es gibt auch noch Johanna, Fausts Tochter, von der Mephisto (und wir) bisher noch nichts wussten. Johanna hat nicht nur einen frischen Blick auf altbekannte Geschehnisse, vom Teufelspakt über Auerbachs Keller bis zur Walpurgisnacht. Sie ist auch gewitzt genug, an entscheidenden Stellen dem Teufel ordentlich Kontra zu geben.
