This guide is to learn the first steps toward connecting to universal energy in order to have a balance in life, to see what is really universal energy, and to understand why universal energy and vibration are beneficial to us. We must accept and learn that before all, we are the soul and spirit, and are not necessarily material. Accessing the divine spark that is in us from our birth allows us to be connected by the energy vibration of the universe.

I could never say that the decision to write, "Messengers of Light" was mine, it would be a huge lie; everything was transmitted to me to the slightest detail, all that was left for me to do was to put everything down on paper and follow instructions regarding printing, graphics and issuing procedures. But that book had just come out of printing, when something that was indeed connected to it, changed my life.

Chromotherapy, or color therapy, is a method of therapy that is done using color. In itself color does not heal, but it has been said that it enables the body to heal itself. It probably has something to do with light, frequency, and vibration and how everything works together to make the whole. That is why color therapy is a form of holistic healing - it aims to see the whole picture. Colors have different frequencies and vibrations and even correspond to a certain note on the musical scale.

I have written this book without having the ambition of being a writer, but being convinced it will be read by those who must read it and it will be understood by those who must understand it. It represents a part of the original book and it delivers one of "Their" messages to "Us". Part of the events have been confirmed, the rest...is still to be seen.
