Kunieda Kei is the up-and-coming Prince Charming of the evening news. Inside, he's the opposite: brash, hot-tempered, and prickly as can be. For years, Kei has successfully juggled his private and professional personas--until a chance meeting with a stop motion animator threatens to bring it all crashing down. But is that really as frightening as the possibility that someone might love and accept both sides of who he is?

Kei is comfortable in his position as an Asabi TV news anchor, but a similar show pops up in his exact same timeslot. As his competitors' ratings climb, he starts to question himself and his career choices. To make matters even worse, his hot and heavy relationship with Ushio is on the rocks and now he has nowhere to turn for comfort, forget guidance. Can Kei make it through a barrage of oddball assignments, figure out his place in the world of TV, and have a good vacation?
