Private investigator Riley Sullivan uncovers the smuggling of opium into the Port of San Francisco in this 1933 historical mystery/suspense thriller. Riley becomes quickly involved in an international opium smuggling ring. His assistant in this endeavor is Gina Gallo an agent and sharpshooter with the Bureau of Narcotics.
