Marlon Berkowitz, a retired special forces colonel, is selected by the U.S. State Department of Defense to shape and lead The Quadrille, a shadow-network of expendable undercover operatives tasked with the elimination of all Soviet nuclear saboteurs operating on U.S. soil.
