As if ordained, she found a job as a teacher in the small municipality of Springhill, Louisiana, not far from Shreveport. An incredibly great bargain was offered to them as they looked for a home in their soon-to-be community. An old Southern mansion offered at what surely was half price. Paul delighted at such a bargain, but Lisa became skeptical.
