Plunge into My Bag of Trips, a soul-searching memoir of Rob’s three drugfuelled lives. Mushrooms, acid, meth, ecstasy, DMT, GHB, and our good ol’ favourite marijuana all fed Rob’s psychosis, and he’s lucky to have lived to tell the tale. From Aussie schoolyard smokes to Edmonton and Vancouver psych wards and neardeath experiences, Robert Koyich bares it all: euphoric highs that shattered his mind into psychosis, life with dealers, and battles for sanity that left scars he still carries. This is not your trippy fairy tale; it’s a stark cautionary saga showing the brutal cost of chasing drugs.

The Sands of Yesterday documents Robert’s emergence from his obsession with his dream girl to ideas for ways to contribute to society in more productive ways, such as by starting the Seed Fund, which evolved into the Providing Point charitable program. This idea grew into Robert’s first charity, which subsidizes groceries for locals in need in Chilliwack, British Columbia. 51% of The Sands of Yesterday's royalties go to the program. This book compiles the individual books, Seeds of Tomorrow, Fields of Formation, and A Distant Glimmer.

This begins with Rob's desire to meet his dream girl, Natalie Imbruglia. A fractured mind and soul then pours through this listen, sharing ideas, dreams, wishes, and a hopeful view - intending to care for listeners by sharing one's disparaging dreams, and the hope that we can find our true love. A pause-resisting listen for people who wish and crave safety, while allowing subtle songs of the heart and spirit to meet.
