Hofer, der im Bundestag eine Debatte über das neue Gesetzespaket ausgelöst hat, stößt auf heftigen Widerstand beim Interimskanzler Klaasen und beschließt die Schaffung eines Kompetenzzentrums für Cyberterrorismus, um für seine Gesetzesvorlage zu werben.
